Warehouse Associate

United Fire Protection Corp. - Farmingdale, NY United Fire Protection Corp. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Farmingdale, NY team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and job fulfillment for our fire protection service operations. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipments Inspect deliveries for damage and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare materials for outgoing jobs Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Track and coordinate installation and testing equipment between field employees Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift heavy materials and remain on your feet throughout the day Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred Experience with RF scanners, inventory software, or warehouse databases is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Good communication and teamwork skills Forklift experience is a plus

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
