Lima, NY Shift:

A Shift (8am•430pm, Monday•Friday)

Pay Rate:

$18.00/hour Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Lima, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior inventory management experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and tracking materials and products while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders Accurately stock, organize, and label inventory within the warehouse Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems to track inventory movements Pick, pack, and prepare customer or production orders for shipment Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas Assist with shipping and receiving documentation Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to supervisors Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Required Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required Inventory control or inventory management experience required Ability to accurately track and maintain inventory records Experience using barcode scanners, inventory software, or ERP systems preferred Forklift certification or willingness to become certified preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic computer and data entry skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime may be required based on business needs Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume highlighting warehouse and inventory experience. 10224628 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
