Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure accurate handling of screws, bolts, fasteners, and industrial hardware products. Maintain organized inventory locations and bin systems. Organize pallets and new shipments. Conduct physical inventory counts using scales.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb during shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Comfortable working in warehouse environment. Inventory accuracy rate. Order fulfillment accuracy. Ability to move into a managerial role. Organizational skills.
