Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience and be proficient with various equipment and systems that support warehouse distribution processes. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently and safely. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packaging procedures. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Stock shelves systematically to optimize space utilization while maintaining safety standards. Assist with order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms by using MRPs (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Support inventory control through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse distribution processes. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations. Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar platforms. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is preferred. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards. Physical capability to lift heavy objects regularly and stand for extended periods. $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
