Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position involves various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.   • Accurately prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with scheduled timelines, including loading and staging of products.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock; unload and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure accuracy and maintain high standards for inventory audits and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; utilize warehouse space efficiently to maximize storage.
  • Accurately complete inventory logs and ensure timely data entry into inventory management systems.
  • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Safely operate and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols, quality service standards, and company policies and procedures at all times.
Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Knowledge of current warehouse practices, procedures, and safety standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with reasonable accommodations Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
