Overview, Essential Duties, and Responsibilities:

Tow Motor Operator expectation , keeping everything moving and everyone supplied. You'll operate in a safely manner at all times through the facility facilitating ingredients, moving WIP and finished goods, and you will make sure making sure that every area is fully stocked and ready for our daily production. Your expectation as a tow motor operator; Follow all Safety and Food Safety (GMP) standards. Safety First !! Masterfully operate stand-up and sit-down tow motors and electric hand jacks. Supply raw ingredients to the production lines Move finished product skids to shipping or freezer storage with precision and care. Set up production areas with exactly what they need (and clear out what they don't). Receive ingredients and storage them. Keep your equipment and workspace clean, organized, and running smoothly. Speak up about safety concerns, damaged goods, or anything that doesn't look right. Rotate material accordingly (FIFO) Sort out pallets and keep them organized. Be dependable and on time. Be a team player and help where it is needed if time is available. Keep area clean at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Food Manufacturing Setting experience is a big plus. Food safety knowledge ( is a plus! ) Hand jack/tow motor skills. Basic computer knowledge. Flexibility to work other areas if needed Comfortable working in cold, wet environments. Good communication and a can-do attitude.

Physical Requirements:

On your feet 10 hours a day Bending, lifting (up to 65 lbs), pushing, pulling, squatting, and reaching throughout your shift. Cold freezer temps (PPE will be provided) Subject to background The WArehouse Associte position is located in a manufacturing environment, which includes: Exposure to high temperatures Fumes or airborne particles Moving mechanical parts and vibration Allergens Stored potential energy such as electricity, gravity, and pneumatics
