Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy using order picker tools and RF scanners to ensure timely delivery Stock shelves and organize inventory in accordance with warehouse distribution standards Utilize basic math skills for inventory counting, order calculations, and verifying shipment quantities Support e-commerce order fulfillment processes by packaging products securely for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols during load & unload procedures Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations preferred Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), or similar equipment is a plus Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking techniques Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Basic math proficiency for inventory counts and order calculations Physical ability to stand, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift This is a full-time position. M-F-7:00am-4:30pm Saturdays are also required 8:00am-3:00pm Join us in a role where your energy fuels our success!
