Warehouse Associate (Order Fulfillment / Pick & Pack)

Hours:

9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, 40 hours (Great schedule - No work on weekends ) Starting at $14/hour; higher pay may be offered based on experience and overall fit. Free lunch is provided each shift Responsibilities Pick items from inventory shelves based on order specifications with precision and speed Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packing materials Verify order accuracy by cross-checking items against packing lists before shipment Prepare shipping labels and documentation to ensure seamless delivery processes Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and resolve any discrepancies Test returned or refurbished products to verify proper functionality Inspect items for damage, defects, or missing components Accurately label products based on condition (e.g., new, used, refurbished, damaged) according to company guidelines Record product condition and testing results in inventory or warehouse systems Repackage and prepare verified items for restocking, resale, or shipment Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate product classification Maintain organized work areas and properly handle tested inventory Experience Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or pick & pack roles is preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods comfortably Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role
