Warehouse Associate (Pharmaceuticals)

We are hiring a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations in a FDA regulated environment. If you have prior experience working within pharmaceuticals, we encourage you to apply! •Perm Hire Role w/ comprehensive benefits package!•Schedule Full Time (40 hours) Day Shift Overtime flexibility as needed Pay $25-$30/hour Location Essex County, NJ Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments. Prepare and ship outgoing orders using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety Complete shipping/receiving paperwork and inventory records Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment and hand tools safely Support weighing and dispensing of raw materials when needed Follow cGMP, DEA, quality, and safety regulations Assist with general warehouse duties and continuous improvement efforts Requirements High school diploma Required 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience required Knowledge of FDA, cGMP and warehouse procedures Experience with shipping, receiving, cycle counts and inventory management.
