A Little About Your Day:

As a key member of our warehouse and fulfillment team, your responsibilities will include: Receive incoming product shipments from manufacturers and carefully inspect all items for damage, defects, and quality issues Ensure all products meet Whitehaus Collection's luxury brand standards before being accepted into inventory Accurately stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment Package products with extreme care using foam-packaging systems to ensure safe transit and damage-free delivery Process shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping systems Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation Use warehouse computer systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and shipping Professionally communicate with customers and vendors via email as needed regarding orders, shipments, or product issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Collaborate with team members to solve operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency This Might Be the Opportunity for You If You take pride in doing things the right way and have a sharp eye for detail You understand that luxury products require careful handling and presentation You're dependable, organized, and work with urgency and accuracy You have a leadership mindset and want to grow with a company that is expanding You're looking for a long-term opportunity where your contributions will matter What You'll Need for Success 3-5 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, or inventory experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping software systems Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems Professional written communication skills with the ability to compose clear, professional emails Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment High school diploma or equivalent Experience with plumbing or luxury home products is a plus, but not required Physical Demands Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and movement throughout the warehouse What We Offer Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid sick time, vacation time, and holidays Opportunity for growth and advancement within a growing company A supportive, team-oriented work environment About Whitehaus Collection Founded in 1995, Whitehaus Collection is a family-owned manufacturer of premium kitchen and bath fixtures sold through plumbing showrooms and online retailers nationwide.
