Warehouse Clerk

Purpose:

Responsible for selling, stocking, shipping and receiving of parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells products and or services to meet customer needs
• Supplies service technicians with parts as required
• Verifies receipting in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly
• Follows up on shortages/backorders and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
• Performs cycle counts on a daily basis
• Puts away stock and keeps warehouse clean and orderly Job Requirements
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge
• Ability to lift items weight up to 75 pounds
• Able to work some weekends as needed
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Ability to climb a ladder with the ability to carry an object while climbing. Ability to operate equipment or other power equipment, as necessary. Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs. of force. Must meet health assessment requirements.
