$21/hourly Responsibilities Coordinate warehouse operations through interaction with operations management, including activities for inbound, outbound, and kitting areas based on management direction. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met by reporting hazards, using protective equipment, and leading HSE training. Perform quality checks for damage, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials, raising issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label, package, and store items to optimize warehouse space. Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations. Communicate effectively with team members and support staff, ensuring training completion and continuous improvement in quality, safety, and processes. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including routine housekeeping and equipment maintenance tasks. Perform miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals, working with peers and skilled trades to maintain equipment. Requirements At least 2+ years of warehouse experience, including inventory management, forklift operation, and PIV experience. Ability to work on-site with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and operating equipment.
