Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Coordinator in Clara City, MN! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure accurate inventory management, efficient shipment processing, and smooth coordination of inbound and outbound activities.

Pay:

$20-$25 / hr- Depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Schedule inbound trucking appointments and manage daily shipping activity Process distribution orders for packaging supplies and transfers between locations Confirm inbound and outbound shipments and scan documentation into the system Enter and process all received materials, including purchase order receipts Ensure all required documentation (CoC, EU, CoA) is accurately completed in System21 Perform lot and item transformations, stock adjustments, and inventory dispositions Enter inventory transfers based on warehouse documentation Prepare and organize pick tickets and Bills of Lading Process credit memos in coordination with the corporate office Complete inventory adjustments and assist with research as needed Support cycle counts and inventory audits Qualifications 1-3 years of warehouse coordination or related experience Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems and general computer applications Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
