Warehouse Distribution Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead day-to-day operations within a growing regional distribution network. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in warehouse efficiency, WMS optimization (Fishbowl preferred), and KPI development , with a proven ability to streamline processes and enhance performance across all warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations including shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control . Utilize and optimize WMS (Fishbowl preferred) to drive visibility, accuracy, and workflow efficiency. Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied to accuracy, fulfillment rate, and productivity. Implement and sustain process improvement initiatives to improve throughput and reduce waste. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant facility aligned with OSHA and company standards. Partner with leadership to improve warehouse layout, material flow, and new facility setup. Train and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution management . Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems (Fishbowl experience preferred). Proven success in KPI development, reporting, and process optimization . Strong communication and organizational skills with a hands-on leadership style. Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Schedule & Compensation Shift:

First shift only (no evenings or weekends).

Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 base + KPI performance bonus .
