Warehouse Dock Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Dock Supervisor to lead our dock operations and ensure seamless logistics flow. In this vital role, you will oversee daily shipping and receiving activities, manage dock personnel, and coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize distribution processes. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment, supporting our commitment to excellence in warehouse management and logistics. Responsibilities Supervises 5-10 employees on the plant floor Maintain the workflow by distributing orders to employees Oversees warehouse space for inbound loads and production runs Ensures equipment is functioning to prevent down time Problem solves WMS issues and any employee picking/loading problems that occur Ensures trucks are loaded with the correct loads Maintains a SQF environment in the warehouses and on the dock Follow all plant safety rules Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements 18+ years of age High school diploma or GED Skills Prior forklift experience Prior supervisor experience WMS Experience Working Conditions Indoor/outdoor working conditions No heat or air conditioning Concrete floors 8+ hours on your feet Join us as a Warehouse Dock Supervisor to lead with energy, precision, and a passion for optimizing logistics operations.
