Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures all products are handled with care, inventory is maintained accurately, and orders meet company quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders according to shipping guidelines and accuracy standards. Prepare shipments by labeling, weighing, and organizing packages for delivery carriers. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces in compliance with company policies. As needed or requested, conduct inventory counts and report stock discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently. Assist with restocking shelves and organizing incoming deliveries. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment goals. Follow all safety procedures and report potential hazards or equipment issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Basic computer and barcode scanner skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals. Work Environment Warehouse setting with frequent physical activity (bending, lifting, walking). May require working weekends or extended hours during high-volume periods.
