Pay:

$20.00/hr plus $2.50/hr shift differential•with the opportunity for performance-based pay increases at 6 months and 1 year

Shift:

Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime as required including

Friday and Saturday Location:

700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and assign daily order fulfillment activities Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments Communicate with internal team regarding order status and delays Monitor the team's work to ensure orders meet all quality standards before shipment

What You Bring:

Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience•required Previous forklift experience•preferred Understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift What Makes our
