Warehouse General Labor

We are seeking reliable and physically fit General Laborers to join our client's team in a stable production environment. This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on the packaging and handling of powdered products (like concrete). Duties and Responsibilities:

Filling and Packaging:

Accurately fill 45-50 lb sacks and bags with powdered product.

Stacking and Palletizing:

Efficiently and consistently stack the filled sacks onto pallets.

Material Handling:

Assist with moving pallets and preparing finished goods for warehousing or shipment.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning of tanks and machinery to maintain optimal production standards.

Work Area Upkeep:

Ensure your workspace and common areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Experience and Qualifications:

Physical Ability:

Ability to consistently lift 45-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift is required.

Work Ethic:

A strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Reliability:

High levels of work consistency—must commit to excellent attendance and punctuality.

Experience:

No prior experience is necessary; we are ready to train motivated individuals.
