SERVPRO Job Summary:
The Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to support SERVPRO's emergency restoration services. This role ensures that inventory levels are accurate and sufficient, equipment is properly maintained, and the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of supporting fast-paced restoration teams with efficiency and reliability.Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning products, personal protective equipment (PPE), and job-site consumables Track inventory usage and conduct regular audits Order supplies as needed to prevent shortages and ensure uninterrupted operationsEquipment Management:
Clean, test, and maintain restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Perform minor repairs and coordinate servicing for major issues Ensure all equipment is job-ready and compliant with company standardsWarehouse Operations:
Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility Oversee shipping and receiving of materials and equipmentLogistics & Fleet Support:
Manage inventory check-in/check-out procedures for production crews Support vehicle tracking and ensure fleet readiness Assist with maintaining compliance for company vehicles and equipmentQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a plus Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environmentWork Environment & Expectations:
