Warehouse Lead Location:
2925 Chief Court, Dallas, NC 28034
Work Hours:

The Dixon Group is looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and guide a team of employees in Dallas, NC! What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Lead, you'll play a key role in the success of our operation by: Leading, training, and supporting a team to meet daily production goals Performing shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing activities Reviewing, verifying, and processing customer orders accurately Replenishing materials and maintaining inventory organization Promoting a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Operating within an automated warehouse management system (WMS) Adapting to changing priorities and daily workflow needs
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
