Full-time Pay:

$18-$20/hour, based on experience and accuracy

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Occasional paid overtime during peak shipping weeks.

What You'll Do Process inbound and outbound shipments (parcel and LTL) — verify, label, and document accurately Pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners Run cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies Assemble lighting fixtures and components using hand tools and basic wiring Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move and organize stock Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and OSHA-compliant What We Need From You 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or shipping experience (required) Hands-on experience picking, packing, and using RF scanners or a WMS Comfortable with mechanical or electrical assembly — lighting, appliance, electronics, automotive parts, or similar backgrounds all count Forklift experience preferred; we'll certify the right candidate Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift Accurate, detail-oriented, and dependable What Success Looks Like in 90 Days You know our products and process well enough to work independently You're consistently hitting daily pick/pack targets You've assembled fixtures to spec without rework How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
