Warehouse & Logistics Associate

Swift Lane Logistics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring packages are handled efficiently, inventory is tracked accurately, and customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming packages Accurately pack and prepare outgoing shipments Maintain and update inventory records Label, wrap, and secure packages for delivery Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries Provide high-level customer service in person and over the phone Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking Ability to lift and move packages (when required) Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus (not required)
