We are looking for a Warehouse Associate for our Springfield, MA branch, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience." Our warehouse associates are sharp, organized, and friendly administrative professionals who work with our sales, technical, and accounting staff to help CTI meet our goal of providing a fantastic customer experience. We are looking for somebody dependable, personable, and enthusiastic who embraces any challenges that come their way. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Warehouse Associate, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employees' strengths: Work with sales and office staff as directed Inventory management (shipping/receiving/storing) Order entry Order tracking General Warehouse Duties Interaction with high-level clients & executives, handling special requests as needed Other tasks assigned We value our culture above all, and applicants who merely want to punch in their time cards every day are not what we are looking for. Experience:

Minimum high school degree required Prefer at least 1-2 years in a retail or warehouse environment Customer service experience. What's in it for you?
