Warehouse Manager Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure all processes run smoothly Develop and optimize inventory control and shipping/receiving procedures Coordinate closely with our China team to ensure accurate data and smooth logistics flow Monitor order processing and logistics scheduling to ensure timely delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Supervise forklift operations and enforce safety compliance Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to improve team performance Handle workforce planning, shift scheduling, and payroll budgeting Resolve employee conflicts and maintain a positive team culture Communicate with other departments to solve operational issues Analyze operational data and present improvement plans to upper management

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Chinese (required) 3+ years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills Proven ability to manage people and resolve team conflicts Experience in workforce planning and salary budget management Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure Highly committed, proactive, and results-driven Candidates with OPT/CPT authorization are welcome to apply
