Warehouse Manager

Warehouse / Operations New Hope Mills is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and shipping functions. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting efficient product flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, safety-minded, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and support warehouse employees and daily warehouse operations Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control activities Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper product rotation (FIFO) Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment Work closely with production, quality, and purchasing teams to support operational needs Assist with scheduling and delegation of warehouse tasks Ensure all shipments are prepared accurately and on time Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards and OSHA compliance Train and coach warehouse employees on procedures and expectations Complete reports, inventory documentation, and related paperwork accurately Assist with audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse leadership or management experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and inventory system knowledge Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with multiple departments Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts and company benefits available based on eligibility New Hope Mills is an equal opportunity employer and values a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
