Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or management experience required
• Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• SAP/warehouse management systems experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead by example in a team-oriented environment
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work off-shift hours when necessary Responsibilities
• We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory coordination, and truck loading activities
• This role is responsible for leading warehouse personnel while actively participating in operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and timely shipments
• The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in an active warehouse environment and is willing to work alongside the team when needed
• Assist with inventory control and maintain organized warehouse operations
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain workplace safety standards and compliance with company policies
• Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer and operational needs are met.
• Communicate with all levels of management, as well as customers via email or phone conversations in a clear and professional manner.
