Position Overview UPA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in Franklin, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth logistics operations, and a safe, productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy Maintain inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support operational needs Manage inventory planning to ensure 90-day supply levels are maintained Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to align with company goals Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution Strong knowledge of inventory systems and supply chain processes Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and operational excellence Why Join UPA?
