• Distribution & Production Support is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations across production and distribution.

This position works alongside the team on the floor while simultaneously leading by example, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining productivity standards, and delivering accurate, on-time order fulfillment. This is not a desk-based role, success in this position requires active participation in daily operations, strong leadership presence, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily production and distribution operations, including picking, packing, and receiving Lead, supervise, and develop a team through direct, on-the-floor engagement Set the pace and standard for productivity, accuracy, and work ethic by working alongside the team Manage daily staffing, including scheduling shifts, breaks, and lunches to ensure consistent operational coverage Monitor and drive productivity using established performance metrics Recruit, onboard, and support seasonal staff during peak periods Train and cross-train team members to build flexibility and efficiency across all functions Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational challenges in real time Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely execution of all orders Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role within operations, warehouse, or production environments Proven experience leading and working alongside teams of 20 or more employees Demonstrated hands-on leadership style with a willingness to actively participate in daily tasks Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members through direct engagement Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime during peak seasons Experience with productivity tracking and performance management preferred
