The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity professional to join our Enterprise Government Cybersecurity team as a Mobility Surveillance and Bombers Classified Cybersecurity Operations Manager in Tukwila, WA. The first line manager will lead their assigned team resulting in value-added cybersecurity risk management services to our Government programs' classified infrastructures to meet company and business partner objectives and to protect the warfighter.

Position Responsibilities:

Fosters an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management and open communication Manages employees performing information security technical activities in accordance with policy related to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Supports efforts necessary to obtain/maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) and inspection readiness Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of subordinates and other stakeholders and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Assists and leads in the interview and selection process of new employees To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP) 5+ years of experience working with cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g.

DAAPM, CNSSI

1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or

NIST SP 800

series Experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM) Experience with project management in a leadership capacity Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives Experience working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

Summary pay range:
