Warehouse Operations Supervisor

The role of the Supervisor is to ensure the process floor is running at the optimum level meeting process goals and maintaining a safe work environment.

The duties are:

Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are being followed, starting with always leading by example Assign personnel according to the daily needs to meet processing goals Supervise floor personnel to achieve acceptable processing levels Ensure all down stream processes and vendors are scheduled and capable of meeting daily and weekly process goals for example; Garbage/WTE dumpsters capacity Metal roll-off dumpster capacity Battery collection containers and labels Process equipment is operational and maintained Plan for inbound truck activity to include; Space for new material arrival Down stream capacity available Ensure all tracking and reporting data is collected and recorded in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized working environment
