  • 7:00 PM Requirements Prior reach truck experience required Job Description / Responsibilities The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and complete dealer/customer orders safely and efficiently Perform put-away of inbound materials according to established procedures and productivity benchmarks Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards Ensure order accuracy while working toward zero errors Participate in Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Continuous Improvement programs Support company initiatives such as employee engagement programs and process improvement efforts Communicate any issues or irregularities to Supervisors or Managers promptly Work collaboratively and professionally with team members Follow all company policies, work rules, and standards of conduct Maintain punctuality and attendance expectations Meet multiple deadlines and respond to urgent requests as needed Be available to work flexible warehouse schedules Work overtime as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays Follow instructions from supervisory and management personnel Authority Authorized to complete dealer/customer orders from start to finish, with exceptions or irregularities escalated to a Supervisor or authorized personnel Authorized to complete inbound material put-away processes, with exceptions handled by leadership as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 3-6 months of related warehouse or material handling equipment experience preferred Ability to pass a basic skills assessment, including reading and mathematics Ability to follow established procedures and instructions Ability to work overtime as needed English proficiency required, as all documentation is maintained in English Physical Requirements (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.) Frequently lift up to 25 lbs Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Rarely lift up to 75 lbs Frequently reach with hands and arms Stand, walk, and use hands to operate tools and equipment Sit, balance, crouch, and move throughout the warehouse environment Vision corrected to 20/40 and adequate hearing ability required Ability to operate heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet on raised platforms#ZR About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
