Dry WH temps range from 40-80 degrees by season, Perishable WH is 29-53 in the cooler, and -10 to 0 degrees in the freezer Basic English math and reading skills are needed in all positions Order Selector w/ Pallet Jack (Dry or Perishable Warehouse) This job involves a lot of moving through the warehouse with a pallet jack, and repetitive lifting for about 80% of the shift where you generally lift products that weigh 10-50lbs, and on rare occasions lift up to 100lbs. Will pick products as dictated by a pick list using a scanner which gives special instructions on what aisle to go to, which slot to select from and the # of cases or products to pick from each slot. Dry Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $18.50 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and will then move to piece pay where you should easily make $25/hr or more! Stocker with Forklift (Dry or Perishable Warehouse) Take products being delivered by the pallet load and put them into their designated locations using a stand-up forklift. Will need to be observant of order selectors who are quickly filling orders and work around them. Stockers are also responsible for replenishing the lower slots with product, making sure we are following proper rotation for food safety. May also need to pull full pallets from the higher shelves down to floor level for our pickers. The goal is for the pickers to never have to wait to pick a needed item. Products that you move will generally weigh 10-50lbs but will occasionally weigh up to 100lbs. Dry Day shift starts at 7am; starting wage is $17.50 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and semi-frequent through the next 18 months. Perishable Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $19.50 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and will then move to piece pay where you should easily make $25/hr or more! Repack (includes Candy, Tobacco, C-Store sections) Will typically be assigned to one of the three Repack areas but may float to the other areas as needed. This position picks customer orders using a picklist and a scanner, and packs items into boxes. This includes correctly labeling boxes with the order labels and validating that the correct product has been selected and is damage free. Requires repetitive lifting for 80-90% of the shift doing medium level lifting (regularly lifting 10-20lbs, and occasionally lifting up to 50lb). Night shift starts at 5pm; starting wage is $16 with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and semi-frequent through the next 18 months.

Freight Buster (Dry or Cold) Trucks need unloaded - who ya gonna call? Freight Busters! This day-time receiving job is with H & S Lumper Services who exclusively works for Cash-Wa Distributing. As a large distribution center, we regularly have semi truckloads of product being delivered to our facility. This position plays an important part in the distribution process by unloading the trucks, at times breaking down the loads, and then delivering to the warehouse isle that it belongs to. In this role you will use a forklift and a pallet jack as needed (experience is preferred, but we are willing to train). It is a very active position that will involve physical moving product at times. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 70 pounds. When there is not a truck to unload, will stay busy doing housekeeping and other duties as needed. Starts at 6am, rotating Sundays 7am start time

Pay:

Starting pay rate of $17.50/hr with frequent increase opportunities in the first 90 days and semi-frequent through the next 18 months.
