Warehouse Team Lead Job Type:

$30-$33/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy of all outbound orders, including Ecommerce and Sub-orders . Supervise and direct team members to assigned tasks for efficiency. Document outbound errors and report incidents before the shift ends. Assign tasks to employees during idle time (housekeeping, quality checks, etc.). Support and train team members to improve efficiency and productivity. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the loading area. Train and oversee trailer pushers and scanners for proper workflow. Monitor pallet organization and ensure proper documentation of unmarked cartons. Investigate and report missing inventory or insufficient stock. Ensure SFP trailers are prioritized and properly scanned before pickup. Coordinate with UPS/FedEx for daily shipments. Oversee forklift maintenance and ensure safe handling procedures. Plan for next-day workload and submit a weekly self-reflection report.

Clearly assign tasks and provide instructions. Open to feedback and team coordination.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanner operations is a plus. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, or English and Spanish is a MUST.
