Warehouse Overhead Crane Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable Crane Operator / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations 1st & 2nd Shift . This role is responsible for operating 1/2-ton, 2-ton, and 5-ton overhead cranes to safely load and unload materials from flatbed trailers, move materials throughout the warehouse, and support manufacturing operations through proper material staging and handling. The ideal candidate will have basic warehouse experience, knowledge of inventory and cycle count processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Safely operate 2-ton overhead cranes to load and unload materials from flatbed trailers. Transport and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areas to support manufacturing operations. Safely operate ½- ton and 5-ton by load materials into returnable racking systems while ensuring proper placement and product protection. Inspect materials and equipment before and after movement to identify any damage or safety concerns. Assist with shipping, receiving, material handling, and general warehouse duties as needed. Support inventory accuracy by assisting with cycle counts and inventory verification processes. Maintain accurate material movement documentation and ensure proper labeling and storage practices. Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and crane operating procedures at all times. Perform daily crane inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support safe warehouse operations. Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing teams to meet operational goals and production schedules. Qualifications Proven experience operating overhead cranes in a warehouse or manufacturing setting High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic warehouse and material handling experience required. Basic understanding of inventory control and cycle count processes. Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and work in a physically active environment for extended periods. Forklift experience or certification is required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Pay:

$18.50 - $20.80 per hour
