Warehouse Production Crew Member Position Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Production Crew Members to join our production team. This role focuses on assembly line production, product filling, labeling, sealing, packaging, and preparing finished goods for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with production equipment and repetitive manufacturing processes while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Assembly Line Operations Operate and assist with production line equipment including: Filling machines Labeling machines Heat shrink applicators Heat tunnels Fill bottles and containers accurately according to production requirements Seal, package, and prepare products for final distribution Box and palletize finished products for shipment Quality & Efficiency Inspect products to ensure proper filling, labeling, sealing, and packaging Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines Team Support Work closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain efficient workflow Assist in other warehouse or manufacturing tasks as needed Communicate equipment issues or production concerns promptly Qualifications Previous warehouse or production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented attitude with willingness to help where needed Preferred Traits Mechanically inclined and quick learner Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Strong time management and productivity focus Dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious Work Environment This position involves hands-on production and warehouse work in a manufacturing setting.
