This role focuses on conducting professional inspections, explaining findings to customers, and generating sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service and accurate documentation. Responsibilities Perform scheduled camera inspections for membership customers Operate inspection equipment safely and efficiently Explain inspection results and recommend services when needed Generate sales opportunities based on inspection findings Maintain accurate reports, photos, and inspection documentation Represent the company professionally in customer homes and job sites Skills No plumbing experience required but preferred Prior sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting service recommendations Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to learn and operate inspection equipment and mobile reporting tools
