Renowned for offering a diverse range of authentic products—from condiments and pantry staples to beverages and snacks—our company serves as the premier source connecting customers with the rich flavors of Latin cuisine. Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Selector to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Accurately select and assemble customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, and reach trucks Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely to load and unload materials Manage inventory by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized storage areas Prepare orders for shipping through proper packing, labeling, and quality control checks Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments Maintain safety standards by adhering to warehouse procedures during heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and materials handling Support warehouse management system (WMS) updates to track stock levels and order statuses Experience Prior warehouse experience with a focus on order picking, packing, and inventory management is preferred Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is highly desirable Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for efficient order fulfillment and stock control Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with heavy equipment operation beneficial Experience in shipping & receiving processes along with quality control procedures is a plus Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous roles involving warehouse supervision or team coordination are advantageous

$15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:
