Full-time, Contract Job Summary:

We are hiring Warehouse Shippers for an office supply distribution center. This is an immediate hire, contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement. This role involves sorting, staging, and loading product for shipment while ensuring accuracy and proper handling. This is a physically demanding, manual labor role requiring frequent lifting, loading, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Pay:

$18.75

Responsibilities:

Sort boxes and totes from conveyor and stack onto pallets Shrink wrap pallets and label for correct store delivery Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas Load and unload trailers, ensuring product is secure and accurate Verify and track shipments using RF scanner Load bulk pallets and consolidate freight as needed Handle misc. shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and route to correct lanes Maintain clean trailers and work areas

Equipment Used:

Pallet jack, RF scanner, stretch wrap, hand truck, Robo wrapper, pallets, and standard warehouse tools.

Work Schedule & Environment:

8.5-hour shift including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch Overtime required during peak periods Non-climate-controlled environment Temperatures can reach ~110°F in summer and ~10°F in winter (trailers) Continuous standing, walking, lifting, and loading throughout the shift

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and manual loading Comfortable working in extreme hot and cold conditions Basic reading, counting, and computer skills Material handling equipment experience or willingness to be trained Apply today for immediate consideration.
