Job Description

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving warehouse operations and inventory management processes. This role works closely with warehouse staff, supply chain teams, and management to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely reporting, and data-driven decision-making to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Provide oversight and support to the team on ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, distributing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts. Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. Prior experience working for an oilfield supply house preferred. Operate a forklift for loading and offloading trucks and moving cargo around the yard. Maintain a clean warehouse and yard. Maintain inventory control systems; high level of computer experience, SAP knowledge a plus. Promote team building while maintaining a safe work environment. Must be a team player and able to work effectively with others. 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or data analysis role Forklift/heavy equipment experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles is a plus. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test (UA), agility and fit for duty.
