Warehouse Supervisor

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and team performance while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory control Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity, accuracy, and fulfillment goals Ensure all Bellabu Bear orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time across Shopify, TikTok Shop, wholesale, and marketplace channels Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper warehouse organization Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and 3PL partners Improve warehouse workflows and operational processes to maximize efficiency and reduce errors Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations while enforcing OSHA and company safety standards Manage and support warehouse equipment operations including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other materials handling tools Track employee productivity and help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Work closely with management to support new product launches, major sales events, TikTok Live fulfillment, and seasonal volume increases Assist with staffing schedules, training, and performance management of warehouse team members Help implement systems and operational improvements that support Bellabu Bear's continued growth Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes Experience working in e commerce, apparel, or high volume fulfillment environments preferred Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanning systems, and inventory reporting Experience managing shipping operations with carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast paced environment Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance procedures Comfortable with physical warehouse work including lifting, moving inventory, and standing for extended periods Forklift certification is a plus Preferred Experience Shopify fulfillment experience TikTok Shop or live selling fulfillment experience Experience working with 3PLs and wholesale order fulfillment Apparel or fashion warehouse experience Experience improving warehouse KPIs and operational efficiency Why Join Bellabu Bear Be part of one of the fastest growing children's apparel brands Fast paced, energetic, and team oriented environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling company Work alongside passionate and creative individuals Make a direct impact on customer experience and operational success At Bellabu Bear, every package we ship represents a family creating memories.
