Join Our Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to support the daily operations of a secure electric utility warehouse. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating materials for field operations, and ensuring critical utility supplies are available to support system reliability and emergency response efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse or materials professional who enjoys an operational environment, values organization and accountability, and takes pride in supporting essential public infrastructure. What You'll Do Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory tracking systems Support field crews by ensuring timely availability of materials for projects, maintenance, outages, and emergency restoration Assist with procurement coordination, vendor deliveries, and replenishment activities Maintain strict inventory security and controlled-access procedures for utility materials Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently Utilize ERP or inventory management systems to track inventory transactions and reporting Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment What We're Looking For 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management experience Experience with inventory process systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Experience Electric utility, construction, public works, or industrial warehouse experience Familiarity with utility materials such as transformers, conduit, wire, or meters Experience in a secure or controlled-access warehouse environment Why Join Us?
