Associate must have warehouse operations, preferably in the food industry and be familiar with NetSuite WMS and work with 3PLS.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Oversee inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment. Implement and optimize warehouse processes using NetSuite WMS. Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage logistics and outbound distribution. Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff as the team scales. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

3+ years of warehouse management/supervisor experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Experience in food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) warehousing preferred. Strong knowledge of NetSuite WMS or similar systems. Experience managing 3PL relationships and logistics operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
