Systems Integration Oversight — Manage integrations between WMS/IMS platforms and shipping tools, marketplaces, ERPs, or client systems. Validate data flow, resolve sync issues, and maintain system reliability and accuracy. Project Management Leadership — Lead operational projects such as workflow redesigns, process improvements, system rollouts, client onboarding, and facility layout changes. Build timelines, track progress, and deliver results independently. Scalable Workflow & SOP Development — Develop scalable SOPs, checklists, and operational frameworks that support growth from low‑volume to high‑volume fulfillment. Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that reduce labor hours and error rates. Client Communication — Provide rapid, clear updates to clients and leadership. Communicate order statuses, inventory issues, project progress, and operational risks with a high‑responsiveness standard expected in a startup environment. Startup Multi‑Hat Support — Support cross‑functional needs including vendor coordination, relabeling/white‑label projects, packaging development, facility improvements, and ad‑hoc operational tasks in a fast‑moving environment. Required Qualifications Fulfillment Center/3PL Operations Experience — 3-5+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or 3PL environments with multi‑client workflows. WMS/IMS Expertise — Strong working knowledge of WMS/IMS platforms (ShipHero, 3PL systems, or similar). Project Management Skills — Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver operational projects. Workflow & SOP Development — Experience designing scalable processes and documentation. Client‑Facing Communication — Ability to communicate clearly and quickly in high‑velocity environments. Independent contractor mindset with the ability to operate autonomously. Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort wearing multiple hats. Preferred Qualifications Experience scaling a 3PL or fulfillment center from low‑volume to high‑volume operations.
