The Role As a Warehouse Technician , you will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout the facility. You will help maintain organization, accuracy, and compliance in a highly regulated environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Our client is seeking detail-oriented individuals who thrive in structured environments and take pride in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Essential Functions Receive, inspect, unload, store, and distribute materials/products, tracking all activity in Microsoft Dynamics and related systems Maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts; identify and report any discrepancies or handling issues Pull and stage supplies for production as needed Conduct weekly inventory reconciliation and cycle counts Maintain clean, organized receiving and shipping areas Verify packing lists against purchase orders and submit documentation to finance for payment processing Prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards Support inventory audits and reconciliation efforts Optimize warehouse space utilization and organization Follow department-specific SOPs and work instructions Assist with training new team members on warehouse procedures and standards Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, stackers, forklifts) in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Safety & Compliance Maintain awareness of workplace hazards and follow all safety protocols Complete and retain required training for the role Report safety incidents or concerns and follow corrective actions Adhere to PPE requirements, state regulations, and company policies Follow GMP, sanitation, and compliance standards Accurately complete required documentation and recordkeeping Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment as directed Escalate safety or quality concerns as needed Working Conditions Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, and repetitive motion Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently (100 lbs with assistance) with care Comfortable working in environments exceeding 85°F with high humidity Ability to work at heights when required Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Daily exposure to potential allergens (e.g., cannabis, tree nuts, coconut oil) Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior cannabis experience not required Strong time management, organization, communication, and basic math skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience with pallet jacks, stackers, or forklifts preferred 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred Inventory, data entry, and basic computer skills preferred Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid state ID Must be able to obtain and maintain required state badging (includes background check and state review)
