Job Title:
Warehouse Fulfillment Team Member - 1st, 3rd and weekend shift - $17.50 to $20.00 an hour Job Description The Warehouse Fulfillment Team Member works in a fast-paced distribution environment, accurately picking, packing, and preparing small baby care products and accessories for shipment. This role focuses on order accuracy, quality inspection, and efficient packaging while following safety procedures and supporting overall warehouse productivity. Responsibilities Select customer orders from pick sheets with a high level of accuracy. Handle and process small, lightweight items such as baby clothing, onesies, bottles, binkies, accessories, and other baby care products. Double-check order accuracy before packing to ensure correct items, quantities, and configurations. Choose appropriate box sizes, pack items securely, and tape boxes for shipment. Assemble product kits according to detailed order specifications. Verify product counts and inspect items for quality, damage, and completeness. Label products, kits, and boxes accurately for outbound shipping. Use RF scanners or similar tools to pick, track, and verify inventory and orders, when required. Prepare completed orders for shipment in alignment with warehouse shipping and receiving processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area throughout the shift. Follow all established safety procedures and warehouse protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed daily production and accuracy goals. Support general labor tasks within the warehouse as needed, including basic material handling and organization. Essential Skills Previous warehouse or production experience. Consistent and reliable work history demonstrating strong attendance and dependability. Experience with order picking and packing in a warehouse or similar environment. Ability to read and follow pick sheets, labels, and basic written instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail for verifying product counts, order accuracy, and quality. Capability to perform general labor tasks in a warehouse setting. Experience with shipping and receiving processes. Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule. Basic familiarity with RF scanners for picking and inventory (or willingness to learn). Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with warehouse pick/pack operations. Background in picking, packing, and labeling consumer products. Prior experience in a retail environment, especially handling small merchandise. Comfort working with small, lightweight items and product kits. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in a warehouse fulfillment environment handling small, lightweight baby care products and accessories. The primary schedule for this position is the night shift, running from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Other shifts in the facility include a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and a weekend shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday. Work involves standing, walking, and moving within the warehouse to pick and pack orders, using tools such as RF scanners, packing materials, and standard shipping supplies. The facility follows warehouse safety protocols and emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Typical warehouse-appropriate attire is expected to support safety and comfort during the shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
