Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, move, and organize inventory efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) Stock shelves, bins, and storage areas with precision, maintaining organized inventory for easy access and tracking Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments, preparing packages, and updating inventory records in systems Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks safely while adhering to safety protocols Use basic math skills to count stock accurately, verify quantities, and process orders efficiently Maintain a clean, safe workspace by following safety guidelines and conducting routine inspections of equipment like load & unload stations Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire; experience operating reach trucks or pallet jacks is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving of materials up to 50 lbs independently and heavier items with team lifting assistance or mechanical equipment, standing for long periods, and operating warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting stock, processing orders, and verifying shipments accurately Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order picking & packing Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their energy and skills in a fast-growing logistics setting.
