Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading, unloading, and inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, update stock records, and manage order data Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision using order picker equipment and proper packaging techniques Stock shelves accurately through effective order picking and replenishment activities Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing products for easy access and optimal space utilization Ensure safety protocols are followed during all load & unload operations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Requirements Prior warehouse experience is preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), and RF scanners Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering equipment safely Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment best practices Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate stocking and order picking Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Warehouse Worker where your energy fuels our success!
