Warehouse Worker $18/hour | 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM | Monday-Friday | Edenton, NC Get Your Day Done Early — And Build a Future While You Do It We're hiring dependable Warehouse Workers for a high‑volume tire distribution center in Edenton, North Carolina . This is a physically active, early‑morning role that's ideal for people who like to stay moving, work with a strong team, and finish their day by mid‑morning. You'll play a key role in keeping freight moving by loading, unloading, and staging tires accurately and safely in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. What You'll Be Doing Manually load and unload tires from inbound containers and outbound trucks Help the team move 3,200+ tires per shift and complete 4-5 trucks per day Pick, stage, and verify tires for accuracy and condition before shipping Check incoming and outgoing products for correct size, type, and quantity Perform visual inspections for damage, defects, dry rot, or sidewall issues Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant work area Support inventory tasks such as order picking, packing, and basic counts Follow all safety procedures during heavy lifting and production work What We're Looking For Ability to perform heavy physical labor throughout the shift Lifting, pushing, and throwing 50-100 lb tires repeatedly Stamina for constant bending, twisting, reaching, and movement Experience loading/unloading trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred Strong attention to detail when checking product and paperwork Commitment to safety and OSHA regulations Comfort working in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse Reliability and teamwork in a production‑driven environment Willingness to work a consistent 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM schedule Why This Opportunity Stands Out $18/hour with steady, full‑time hours Early shift: Finish work by 9:00 AM and have your day free Monday-Friday schedule with overtime opportunities Employee‑owned company: Share in success through an ESOP Strong benefits package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Long‑term stability: Nearly 50 years of growth as a regional distributor Work for a company that values safety, teamwork, and reliability
