VERY COLD ENVIROMENT

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join our food production team. In this role, employees will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment performing various production and processing tasks involving meat products. Team members must be able to follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards while maintaining productivity goals. Available PositionsHam Skinner Remove skin from meat products according to production standards Recondition product if it falls to the floor following sanitation procedures Maintain clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality guidelines Boner Remove bones from meat products assigned to the production area Follow Production Supervisor instructions and customer specifications Ensure product quality and accuracy during processing Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Trimmer / Whizard Trim meat products according to supervisor instructions and customer specifications Inspect products for quality and consistency Maintain production standards and efficiency Follow all food safety procedures Qualifications Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to work in a cold production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team Physical Requirements Repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds as needed Standing for long periods during shifts Ability to work with production equipment and tools safely Benefits Weekly pay Opportunity for overtime Training provided Growth opportunities within the company Apply today to join a team dedicated to quality, safety, and production excellence! #MS3
