Job Description:

Warranty Technician (Power Components) The Opportunity Join the Warranty Team supporting Power warranty and refurbishment operations. Work within a skilled technical group to ensure safe, high‑quality, and efficient repair and refurbishment of products. Grow technical capabilities and contribute to daily workflow success. How You Will Make an Impact Perform warranty and refurbishment tasks. Complete assigned repair work following established procedures. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex issues to leads or engineering. Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and other cross‑functional groups. Ensure repairs meet all specifications and quality requirements. Maintain 5S and cleanliness in warranty work areas. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Support team goals for safety, quality, delivery, and performance. Your Background High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with Power Components assembly and operation. Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions. SAP or similar ERP system experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift 35 lbs. safely.
